The Internship Programme aims to increase interest in sexuality studies among young Africans by providing opportunities to students and young researchers to acquire professional and practical experience in the human sexuality field.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least twenty-one (21) years old
  • Have a minimum of a first degree or its equivalent
  • Demonstrate some experience or interest in the field of sexuality
  • Be fluent in English

Application Materials

  • Duly completed ARSRC Internship Application Form counter-signed by the applicant's sponsoring agency
  • Current curriculum vitae and cover letter
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Copies of the latest educational certificates and transcripts or equivalent institutional records
  • Brief description (500 words) of the topic of interest, area of focus and work plan for the internship period
